Usage Areas of Pellet
It is possible to classify pellet fuel as wood pellets and agricultural waste pellets. The usage area of the product, which is widely used especially in European countries, can be considered wide. Pellet (Biomass) fuels can be used in homes, workplaces, factories, hotels, hostels, sites, apartments, private and detached residential units, villas, as well as in all areas requiring heat.
The pellet can be used in all of these usage areas easily as follows:
It can be used in homes, in all heating systems where solid fuel can be used, in gas and electrical heating systems in a way that the structure of the combustion cell can be changed.
It can be used in hotels so as to be integrated into all LPG and liquid fuel boilers. Furthermore, it provides a very serious cost advantage in terms of its integration into Solar energy systems.
It is advantageous in ovens because the pellet which can be used in fuel boilers used for bread production is clean and all desired temperatures can be obtained thanks to automatic feeding and thermostats.
In Industrial Drying Plants; Pellet burners and boilers can be easily adapted to water, steam and all air heaters. It can be used for paint and any kind of oven drying.
Pellet can be used for heating purposes in all places that we can consider as Schools and Public spaces. The cost advantage of the pellet system, which can be integrated into the existing heating system with boiler replacement, is quite high.
Greenhouses: Heating methods used in greenhouse systems, which have become widespread in recent years, are extremely costly. Adjusting the pellet, which provides very high energy compared to existing heating systems, in a way that the temperature of the environment can be kept at the same level due to the working system can be considered as a factor that facilitates its use in these areas.
Sports Facilities: pellets can be used in the provision of conditioned hot air needed in winter or against frost hazards. Hot air is supplied by pellet burners fitted to hot air generators. It is blown into the environment. Non-standard wood/bio pellets are burned and heat the environment at minimum cost.
